I have a new favorite app!! So I’ve been looking for something that will wake you up at the best spot in your sleep cycle and have been just googling when sleep calculators and it worked, but this app is seriously amazing! I guess I shouldn’t up sell it quite so much yet, cause I’ve only used it one night! But here’s how it works
You place your phone near you in bed and it notices anytime you move (there’s a test you can do to see it actually working). Then you give it a half an hour time span you want to wake up during and it will wake you up during your lightest point of sleep!
One more thing to make a 5am wake up call just a little bit easier!
