Anatomy of The Spirit- The Seven Stages of Power and Healing by Caroline Myss, PH.D: This book is amazing. A careful, detailed, easy to read walk through each of the seven chakras. She synthesizes ancient wisdom from three  spiritual traditions and shows us in a  new light, causes for illness and unbalance in our lives.

Mindfulness- In Plain English by Bhante Henepola Gunaratana: this book is brilliant, a good read for anybody. Gunaratana takes us through the myths, realities, and benefits of meditation as well as the act of mindfulness.

The Secret- Rhonda Bryne: This book discusses The Law of Attraction, see my post sort of about it here! 

“The Taboo Against Knowing Who You Are” By Alan Watts. There is a link to the free pdf if you are able to read well that way! For those of you who don’t know Alan Watts he is a philosopher, speaker and writer with a masters degree in Theology. He is best known for his studies of eastern religions and his ability to present them to a western audience, and that is exactly what he does in this book. It is brilliant in my opinion!
